It appears as though the CASE Act, about which I previously wrote, is now law. The CASE Act was contained within the Appropriations Bill, the purpose of which is ostensibly to provide economic relief to Americans who experienced job loss or other economic hardship related to the covid-related shutdowns of their local economies.
